Information regarding the treatment of personal data in accordance with D. Lgs. 30/6/2003 n.196
According to D.Lgs n.196 dated 30.06.2003 (“Regulations regarding the use of personal data”); SAC SPA informs you that the information supplied by you will be used respecting the regulations mentioned above and obligations regarding privacy, integrity and application of security measures as outlined in articles 31-36 of the above mentioned law.
“Use of personal data” means any task undertaken with or without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the gathering, recording, organisation, safe-keeping, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, diffusion, erasure and distribution of data.
The information requested will be used to permit access to the online information service and the management of claims/complaints including confirmation via email. SAC SPA can, where necessary, communicate your personal details to professionals or consultants only for the above mentioned purpose. Refusal to supply the required information will hinder the provision of the requested service.
Your data will not be communicated to other parties, nor will they be supplied to others.
We also inform you that you can, at any time, exercise your rights with respect to the data controller using your personal data in accordance with the regulations outlined in article 7 of D. Lgs 196/03. That is, amongst other things, know which of your data are being used, the reasons for and the methods used to process this information, the details of those parties to whom your details can be made known. Furthermore, you can have data updated, integrated, modified or erased in case of violation of privacy laws, or refuse to have personal data utilized in any way.
The agency authorised to use the information you have supplied (data controller) is SAC S.p.A, Aeroporto Catania Fontarossa and the responsible officer is the Managing Director.
